KaraokeFestTM is back and we are pulling out all the stops to make this the biggest and best “Fest” ever. This will be the 10th annual production of “the event that changed the face of Karaoke”. This year, the “Fest” will be on May 22nd, at the world famous “Knott’s Berry Farm” in Buena Park, CA. We have experienced overwhelming support and excitement for this location and we expect a huge crowd. This dramatic venue offers you a golden opportunity to show the Karaoke public and the thousands of Knott’s regular guests the “latest & greatest” from your company or organization.
As producers of KaraokeFestTM, Karaoke Scene Magazine is pleased to offer sponsorship plans to companies and organizations seeking to enhance their position in the Karaoke market and show support and involvement at this, the largest and most prestigious gathering of Karaoke enthusiasts anywhere. The following sponsorship levels are available:
Gold Sponsorship ($3,000)
This is our highest form of sponsorship, the best of the best. “KaraokeFest made possible by” (your logo here) prominently displayed on promotional materials including, but not limited to, advertising in Karaoke Scene Magazine, KaraokeScene.com and other trade publications, promotional posters displayed in hundreds of venues and Karaoke retailers throughout Southern California, event program, signage (posters and up to 6 banners at KaraokeFest including the immediate stage wings, overhead stage area...viewable in photos and video taken at the event), and a free booth at the Karaoke Expo with first choice on space location. (Banners & posters must be provided at least one week prior to the event)
Silver Sponsorship ($1,500)
“KaraokeFest Silver Sponsor” Your logo displayed on promotional materials including, but not limited to, advertising in Karaoke Scene Magazine, KaraokeScene.com and other trade publications, promotional posters displayed in hundreds of venues and Karaoke retailers throughout Southern California, event program, signage (posters and up to 3 banners at KaraokeFest, and a free booth at the Karaoke Expo with second choice on space location. (Banners & posters must be provided at least one week prior to the event)
Prize Sponsorship
Companies donating prizes for KaraokeFest will be listed as “Prize Sponsors” on programs and other promotional materials and will get a discount on Karaoke Expo booths. Listings are according to prize value and as space is available. Prizes must be valued at $500 or more.
